I've been lucky enough to have spent quite a bit of time exploring New Zealand and now Australia - doing some more Outback exploring now as a matter of fact!<br /><br />I pruned the cookbooks a while back... though couldn't part with as many as I should have. Some of them have great "sounding" recipes that never quite hit the mark.
