I have a sausage and chickpea casserole I love to make and is a family favourite (basically 6 sausages chopped up, 1 can tomatoes, a tbsp each of soy sauce, tom puree and worcestershire sauce, 1 chopped onion, 1 crushed clove of garlic, 200 ml white wine and 250 ml chicken stock and two cans of drained chickpeas.
