I love tender-cris...Oh, that looks SO good, Sharon! I love tender-crisp vegetables. I've never used silverbeet (or lettuce!) in a stir fry, but I'll have to give it a go. My go-to vegies for a stir fry nearly always include red caps, cabbage and shallots...and maybe a chilli...and even some banana prawns.
